ClustalW¶

Format Name: clustal
Mode: Read-only

PIR¶

This is the format used by the Protein Information Resource (PIR).

Recognized File Extensions: .pir
Format Name: pir
Mode: Read/Write

Promod 2¶

Recognized File Extensions: .ali
Format Name: promod
Mode: Read-only
